Event Graphics Specialist
AEG Celebrity Events Group is looking for a focused and talented graphic and layout designer to support our growing portfolio of dynamic events. The perfect candidate has a degree in graphic design from a 4-year institution and 2-3 years of professional experience working on graphics packages, including branding and creative concepts, event layouts and 3D renderings. Candidates must be proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp and CAD.
Event Coordinator
Ready for the next step in your creative career? AEG Events Group is looking for organized, creative and friendly individuals ready to join our events team. Event Coordinators support the daily workflow of the firm, overseeing client communication and event management. Whether small gatherings for 50 or large corporate blow-outs for 50,000, music festivals to gala dinners, our event team drives the day-to-day progress of our events. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience within the creative industries, and strong preference is given to individuals with prior live event, concert production, publicity or promotions experience. Candidates must be polished and presentable, able to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and juggle multiple personalities. Four-year college degree preferred. Sales & Marketing Coordinator
AEG is looking for a friendly, savvy and creative professional to join our growing team to oversee our sales and marketing efforts. Ideal candidates should have industry experience in live events, music or entertainment and possess a charismatic charm and self-starting attitude toward expanding AEG Events Group project portfolio. Prior sales experience and industry contacts preferred, though all levels considered.
Event & Production Assistants
Ready to dive head-first into the world of production and design? Our event assistants support the day-to-day operation of our shows, obtaining vital hands-on experience. Event Assistants work in hand with Event Managers on the budget creation, client management, event coordination and creative execution. Production Assistants spend time in the field or at our fabrication studio supporting our creative builds, site operations and production management. Candidates should have 1-2 years administrative experience within the creative services industries, including advertising, marketing, music and entertainment.
Festival Site Crew, Part Time/Contract
Do you love film? Do you love events? We are constantly expanding our rolodex of skilled site crew to join our film festival production teams nationwide. From skilled labor, including carpenters and machinery operators, to site management positions, including art directors and crew leads, to multiple levels of event staff, we are looking for individuals thirsty to be part of a fun, dynamic and collaborative group of event professionals.
Internships, Full or Part Time
AEG is now recruiting for interns to work with our leads overseeing events, production and design. Office internships provide college credit, though interns are paid for their onsite work at our events and productions. Interns are assigned a team mentor and are scheduled a minimum of 1-2 days per week throughout the duration of at least 1 major event.

The managing Director of Events makes sure all bookings – from inception to completion – go off without a hitch. The Director of Events is responsible for booking and servicing all events and creating exceptional client experiences. The Director of Events contributes to creating a unique community within the Inn on the Park by helping to plan and execute events. S/he has a knack for making sure all their T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted while juggling several priorities at once. S/he revels in the process of collaborating with clients and liaising with vendors to bring extraordinary event visions to life. The Director of Events is savvy in managing logistics and has a zest for the finer details. Above all else, s/he enjoys people, solving problems and consistently goes out of their way to make people feel at home.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma/Certificate equivalent to up to one year of full-time study in general business studies or event planning.
- Minimum of five years of event planning and administrative experience.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong Organizational Skills

STAGE MANAGER WANTED:
We are looking for a stage manager in the Los Angeles area who will take on the role during an event in Los Angeles during award season and special events. This person will be working with our team onsite during the event. Pre-event conference calls and in-person meetings are required leading up the eventt. This person will be in charge of monitoring the stage (according to the script), entertainment management and work with the AV company. The stage manager will be accompanied with a volunteer lead.
